The Frank and Honest app makes it easy for you to earn free coffee, you deserve it. Simply scan your digital card every time you buy a Frank and Honest coffee. Collect 10 stamps, your 11th coffee is free.

If you are trying to register but you are getting this message (EMAIL ADDRESS ALREADY IN USE), this means we have your email address already. All you need to do is go to the log-in screen and log-in with your Centra or SuperValu password or if you can’t remember your password click “Forgot Password” to reset it. An email will be sent to you to create a new password. Once you create a new password, log-in as normal.
You can log in to the app with your email. You’ll also need to enter your password. If you have the Centra or SuperValu Real Rewards app you can use the same email and password.
Unfortunately, there is no way to get stamps from previous purchases loaded on the app.
You earn a stamp when purchasing any of our drinks – coffee, tea and hot chocolate.
Unfortunately, there is no way to get stamps for a purchase you already made if you did not scan the barcode in your app. Be sure to scan next time.

Your stamps don’t expire but if you do not use the app for 18 months your account will be deactivated.
Yes, they need to be redeemed within 6 months. The date will be clearly displayed in the FREE COFFEE section, so you’ll be able to see the exact date it expires.
Yes, you can, you will just need to pay the balance of the bundle deal.
